More than 95% of our long term storage units here at Everton Self Storage are either insulated or built under a concrete ceiling in order to reduce temperature fluctuations. Queensland weather can be unpredictable, hence the importance of ensuring that your belongings are not left vulnerable to the effects of large temperature changes. We have taken special precautions with the design of our facility to ensure that your belongings are kept in top shape.

To enhance the protection of your belongings we also have sections within our facility that are also fan cooled. Better to be safe than sorry we always say!

Not only did we pay special attention to ensure our facility was one of the best when being built, we still maintain this high standard today. All units are vacuum cleaned, pest treated with a long-term residual pest control and baited against rodents prior to being occupied for long term storage. This thorough preparation ensures that your belongings are stored in a spotless storage unit to ensure that they remain in the same condition as when you brought them to our facility.

Our internal and external aisle ways and roadways are regularly cleaned using vacuumised sweepers. The roadways are 7.5m wide and allow easy access for even the largest furniture removal vehicles.
